Mr Tan Choon Seng is Chairman of Truscott Group, a private investment company. He is an active Angel Investor and has co-founded Indiverein, Link2ventures and Aleko Investment Pte Ltd.

He holds directorships in Fundedbyme Sweden, Fundedbyme Asia Pacific Ltd and Noa Potions AB, Sweden. He is a director of Kuangchen Pte Ltd, Sparrow Capital Pte Ltd and Nihon Connexion Pte Ltd.

He was formerly the Group Chief Executive Officer of WBL Corporation. Mr Tan was previously Vice‐President (Customer Solutions Group) and Managing Director of Hewlett‐Packard South East Asia; a post he held from June 2002 when Hewlett‐Packard acquired Compaq.

He also served as the Vice‐President and Managing Director for the ASEAN region of Compaq Computer Asia between June 1999 and June 2002. He joined Compaq Computer in 1996 as the Chief Financial Officer for its Asia Pacific operations. Prior to joining Compaq, he spent 20 years in various multinational organisations in the audit and tax, oil services and IT industries, where he held a number of senior leadership positions in operations, sales, strategy and business development.

Mr Tan holds an Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore and is a non‐practising Fellow of Certified Public Accountants (Singapore).

Ms Susan Chong is the CEO of Greenpac (S) Pte Ltd, a knowledge-based company that specialises in re-engineering, designing and distributing innovative, environmentally friendly packaging products and solutions. Since starting the company in September 2002, Susan grew Greenpac from a one-woman start-up into a thriving multimillion dollar company. In the current environment where companies are more aware of the need to reduce their carbon footprint to achieve a sustainable future, Greenpac’s customised solutions help companies switch to environmentally friendly packaging while reducing wastage and increasing their cost savings. Today, Greenpac serves Fortune 500 companies and is the market leader for environmentally friendly packaging solutions in Asia.

As a recognition of its contributions to innovation and environmental sustainability, Greenpac was given the Singapore Quality Award by SPRING Singapore in 2014. Greenpac was ranked 4th in the Singapore Enterprise 50 Awards in 2008 and also won the WorldStar Packaging Award consecutively since 2009.

Susan was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young Singapore in 2014. She was also conferred the Senior Alumni Award by National University of Singapore Business School in 2016 and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Mr George Thia is a business consultant with Asiainc Pte Ltd. He is currently a Trustee of the National Cancer Centre (NCC) Community Cancer Fund and the NCC Research Fund. He is also an Independent Director of CH Offshore Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Mr Thia was Managing Director at Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Ltd, Merrill Lynch International Bank Ltd, Sun Hung Kai Securities Pte Ltd and Lum Chang Securities Pte Ltd. He was also an Executive Director and Partner of Kay Hian Pte Ltd (now UOB Kay Hian Securities Ltd). He has acted as a financial consultant to several private families and public listed companies, including Orchard Parade Holdings Ltd and Provision Suppliers Corporation Ltd.

Mr Thia has served as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of several listed companies in Singapore and Malaysia. In June 2013, he retired as an Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Risk Management Committee and Capex & Budget Committee at PT Indosat tbk (listed on Bapepam Indonesia). He was Chairman of Mount Alvernia Hospital until January 2014.

He is known for his contributions to education and training, particularly in corporate finance, equity investments and the setting up of bourses.

Mr Winston Tan is currently the Managing Director of Winmark Investments Pte Ltd and Corporate Brokers International Pte Ltd, both of which are involved in angel and private equity investments.

He is also on the Board of Directors with several companies including Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, Plastoform Holdings Ltd, and Serrano Limited. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and is a member of Finance Committee of Wesley Methodist Church.

Mr Tan’s corporate experience includes 24 years in the banking industry. His last position was that of General Manager for the Singapore Branch of Deutsche Bank AG and prior to that a Vice President in Citibank N.A. His previous appointments amongst others include being a Director of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd and Director of Ascendas Pte Ltd.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the former University of Singapore and was awarded as Outstanding Alumni (2005) by National University of Singapore.

Mr Ronald Tan is the Executive Director of the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). Mr Tan brought with him more than 25 years of varied experience from both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining SIM, Mr Tan was Senior Vice President and Head of Group Human Resources at the United Overseas Bank Group. Before joining the Bank, Mr Tan held senior appointments in several government ministries under the Administrative Service. He served as a Combat Engineers Battalion Commander and was the Division Engineer of the Guards’ Division during his national service.

Mr Tan is also a Director of the NTUC First Campus Board of which he is a member of the Establishment Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee. He also serves as a member of the NKF Remuneration Committee and the HR Committee of Focus on the Family. Mr Tan was presented the Friend of Labour Award by the NTUC in 2016.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Professor Cham Tao Soon was trained as a Civil Engineer at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. Thereafter he left or University of Cambridge for a PhD in Aerodynamics from 1965 to 1968. On return from Cambridge, he taught Engineering at the University of Singapore and became the Dean of Engineering in 1978. He was asked by the then Minister of Education Dr Tony Tan to start Nanyang Technological Institute (NTI) in 1981 and then Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 1991. He retired from NTU in 2002. The next educational initiative was to start the SIM University in 2005 and retired as its Chancellor and Chairman in 2014.

Professor Cham has made his contributions to Statutory Bodies like Land Transport Authority (LTA), Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Science Council and National Science and Technology Board (NSTB); and Non-Profit Organisations like Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO), Singapore Quality Award (SQA) and Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. He was a member of Council of Presidential Advisors from 2004 to 2010. Over the years he was Independent Director of SMRT LTD, WBL Corporation Ltd, United Overseas Bank (UOB) and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

Currently he is the Chairman of NSL Ltd, Soup Restaurant Group Ltd and Singapore Railway Academy (SGRA).

Mr Tan Soo Jin established Amrop in Singapore in 1984, having previously been with Egon Zehnder and Korn Ferry, as well as Smith & Nephew, University of Singapore and Shell Australia.

Mr Tan, one of Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s 100 Most Influential headhunters in the world in 2008, is a veteran executive search specialist in the financial services, consumer & retail and education sectors.

He is currently the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Management, of which he has been a Member since 2005 and concurrently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Singapore Institute of Management Pte Ltd.

He is a Member of the NUS Business School Management Advisory Board and is also Executive-In-Residence at the NUS Business School. He has sat on the National Library Board and Advisory Panels at Temasek Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic.

Mr Jen Kwong Hwa is a Venture Partner at Get2Volume Accelerator.

Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Micron Semiconductors in Singapore and an engineer by training. He started his career in Texas Instruments in 1979 and joined Micron in 1998 with Micron's acquisition of Texas Instruments’ Memory Business.

Mr Jen has extensive experience in the Semiconductor industry and has been involved in shaping national strategic initiatives through his involvement in SEMI, SSIA and membership in various statutory boards like Energy Market Authority, Jurong Town Council and Economic Strategies Committee.

Mr Victor Liew is currently Chairman of CapitaRetail China Trust Management Ltd. He also serves as a Director on various boards of other non-listed companies.

Armed with 30 years of experience in the financial sector including various banks, Mr Liew previously played an active role in the leadership of the financial markets. He served as a Member of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee from its inception and was its Chairman. He also played an active role in the development of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange Ltd from its inception, was its Director and retired as its Chairman. He was a Board Member of the merged organisation, Singapore Exchange until his retirement from the board. He also served as Chairman of the Singapore Commodity Exchange Ltd.

Ms Madeleine Lee is the founder of Athenaeum Holdings Asia Ltd, established to provide tailor-made investment advice with an Asian focus to family offices and endowments. She has over 30 years of experience in investment management and has worked in GIC, and Chase and Morgan Grenfell (now Deutsche Asset Management).

She was formerly the Managing Director/Chief Investment Officer of Commerzbank Asset Management Asia in 1997 and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of NUS Endowment Fund from 2005 to 2007. She won Fund of the Year Award in BT-Micropal Funds Award 1996 and has been consistently one of the top performing managers in Singapore. She co-founded bowtieAsia in 2000, specialising in private equity investments and incubation in infocomm and biotech and received the inaugural Montblanc Businesswomen Award in 2001.

Professor Hsieh Tsun-yan is the Chairman and Lead Counsellor of LinHart Group, a Leadership services firm specialising in advising boards and counselling CEOs globally on succession and top leadership effectiveness. He is an Independent Director of Manulife Financial and Singapore Airlines and served on the Boards of Bharti Airtel and Sony. He is also a Provost Chair Professor (Practice) at the NUS Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He also serves as a special advisor to companies such as Cue Ball (media and technologies) and AppDirect (cloud services).

In a career spanning 30 years with McKinsey, he took on leadership positions including Chairman of Professional Development Committee, Managing Director, Canada and ASEAN practices, Chairman of Asia Client Committee, Global leader of the Organisation and Leadership practice, and the Directors Committee.

Ms Junie Foo is the Head, Corporate Banking Singapore and Head, Global Subsidiary Banking, Asia Oceania at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. A champion of women advancing into senior leadership roles, she views a focus on gender diversity within organisations to be both a recipe for business success and a socially responsible measure.

Ms Foo was formerly President of Financial Women’s Association and First Vice President of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO). Prior to PFang & Associates, Mr Fang spent 16 years with Russell Reynolds Associates where he has held roles as the Managing Director and co-Office Manager for Singapore. Mr Richard Eu, the Group CEO of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd, has overseen the overall corporate development and management of the Eu Yan Sang Group since starting as its General Manager in 1989. Eu Yan Sang is today a leading integrative health and wellness company with a unique heritage in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

He was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 (Singapore) and represented Singapore at the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of The Year 2012 award in Monte Carlo, Monaco. He was also recognised as the CEO of the year by the Singapore Corporate Awards 2010, for SGX‐listed companies with a market capitalisation of under S$300 million. Mr Ong Boon Hwee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Stewardship Asia Centre.

In his earlier military career, Brigadier General Ong held various key command and staff positions in the Singapore Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence. Professor Leo Tan Wee Hin is a Professor of Biology at the National University of Singapore. He is also Director (Special Projects) in the Faculty of Science. He was previously Executive Director of the Science Centre Singapore, Director of the National Institute of Education and Chairman of the National Parks Board.

Professor Tan is Immediate Past President and Fellow of Singapore National Academy of Science. He chairs the NParks Garden City Fund, National Youth Achievement Award Council and the Temasek Singapore Technologies Endowment Programme (STEP) Board. He is also Singapore Governor to the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and Member of the Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) Resource Panel for National Development & Environment and Water Resources.

Mr Ronnie Tay was appointed Chief Executive Officer of National Environment Agency (NEA) on 1 July 2013. The NEA is the leading public organisation responsible for improving and sustaining a clean and green environment in Singapore.

From November 2007 to June 2013, Mr Tay was the Chief Executive Officer of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). Prior to joining IDA, Ronnie served 25 years in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), during which he held various command and staff positions in the Republic of Singapore Navy. He served as the Chief of Navy from 2003 to 2007 with the rank of Rear-Admiral.

Mr Seah Moon Ming is Group Chief Executive Officer of Pavilion Energy.

He was Senior Managing Director of Temasek from March to September 2013. He is Chairman of International Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Cooperation Enterprise and Trusted Board Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Trustees, SIM University, Singapore and Adjunct Professor at its School of Science & Technology. He was also formerly Chairman of Temasek Polytechnic.

He is recipient of numerous awards including the 2014 Asia Pacific Executive of the year, the 2014 National Day Award, Public Service Star (BBM), the 2011 Distinguished NUS Engineering Alumni Award and IES/IEEE Joint Medal of Excellent Award 2008. Ms Ang Bee Lian is the Director of Social Welfare at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). In her role at MSF, Ms Ang provides views and advice on the standards of social work practice and the professional development of social service practitioners in the sector.

Qualified as a social worker, Ms Ang has worked within the statutory and voluntary sectors in the children, youth, elder care, disability and juvenile rehabilitation settings, and in a variety of policy, practice and management roles. She has been instrumental in contributing to the strengthening of capability in the social service sector. She is the immediate former Chief Executive Officer of the National Council of Social Service.

Ms Ang was presented with the Outstanding Social Worker Award in Singapore in 2000. In 2003, she was among the winners of the Leader Mentor Awards, given out during the Global Leadership and Mentoring Congress in Singapore.

Ms Ang has a Masters from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr Lok Vi Ming, SC, is the managing director of LVM Law Chambers, LLC, a dispute resolution practice specialising in litigation, international and domestic arbitration and mediation. He was appointed a Senior Counsel (Singapore’s equivalent of a Queen’s Counsel) in 2005 and was a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group heading the firm’s Aviation Practice till 2016. Mr Lok is recognised as a leading international aviation and insurance lawyer.

He is a Board member of the Singapore International Mediation Centre and a principal Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. He is also a panel arbitrator of numerous arbitration centres, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

Mr Lok chairs the Advisory Council of Temasek Junior College and sits on the Boards of various companies, including voluntary welfare organisations. He was President of the Law Society of Singapore from 2013 to 2014 and currently chairs its International Relations Committee and its Professional Indemnity Committee. He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Law.

Professor Alex Siow is currently Professor (Practice) in the School of Computing, NUS and concurrently Director of the Strategic Technology Management Institute (STMI) and the Centre for Health Informatics (CHI).

Alex started his career as a Structural Engineer in the Housing & Development Board in 1981 and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Information Officer in 1989. In 2003, Alex joined the private sector and became the Senior Vice-President in StarHub Ltd, holding various portfolios including Corporate Sales, IT and Enterprise Risk Management. From 2013 to 2014, Alex was the Managing Director, Health & Public Service in Accenture Pte Ltd.

Mr Lam Yi Young was the Deputy Secretary (Policy) in Singapore’s Ministry of Education, overseeing the development and implementation of education policies in support of the Ministry’s mission.

Since joining the Singapore Civil Service in 1996, Mr Lam has also served in different appointments in the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Finance.

Mr Lam has a Master of Arts in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.

Mr Ng Cher Pong is the Chief Executive of the newly-created SkillsFuture Singapore since 3 October 2016 and also concurrently holds the appointment as Deputy Secretary (SkillsFuture) in the Ministry of Education. He is responsible for driving the implementation of the national skills strategy known as SkillsFuture, in order to enhance the employability and competitiveness of Singapore’s workforce.

Mr Ng joined the Administrative Service of the Singapore Civil Service in 1996. He had served in various capacities across many Ministries and government agencies such as the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He also serves on various Boards such as the Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd, SkillsFuture Singapore, Learning Gateway Ltd, Workforce Singapore, the Employment and Employability Institute and SIM University Board of Trustees. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer of the Civil Service College.

Mr Ng graduated from the University of Cambridge, UK with a First Class Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering. He obtained his Master in Business Administration (Distinction) from INSEAD, France in 2003 and subsequently participated in the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2015.

Professor Cheong Hee Kiat is Founding President of SIM University. He joined academia in Nanyang Technological University in 1986, and held various academic and administrative appointments including Dean of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Deputy President.

Professor Cheong has served on the boards of several tertiary education institutions, the Public Utilities Board and Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and public committees. He chairs the BCA Academy Advisory Panel and the Polytechnic Quality Assurance External Review Panel. He has been active in university accreditation and academic audits in Singapore and internationally, and is a Member of the Singapore Engineering Accreditation Board.

Professor Cheong graduated from the University of Adelaide and the Imperial College, London. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Engineers.

Associate Professor Yip Woon Kwong is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore. He started his career as a civil/structural engineer with the Public Works Department (PWD) of Singapore in 1978. His portfolios included the structural design and construction supervision of public buildings, vehicular bridges and flyovers.

In 1982, Associate Professor Yip joined the Nanyang Technological Institute/University (NTI/NTU). In his 25-year career in NTI/NTU, he was a course instructor in civil engineering, Director of the Center for Advanced Construction Studies and Vice-Dean/Associate Chair of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Mr Tan Soo Jin established Amrop in Singapore in 1984, having previously been with Egon Zehnder and Korn Ferry, as well as Smith & Nephew, University of Singapore and Shell Australia.

Mr Tan, one of Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s 100 Most Influential headhunters in the world in 2008, is a veteran executive search specialist in the financial services, consumer & retail and education sectors.

He is currently the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Management, of which he has been a Member since 2005 and concurrently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Singapore Institute of Management Pte Ltd.

He is a Member of the NUS Business School Management Advisory Board and is also Executive-In-Residence at the NUS Business School. He has sat on the National Library Board and Advisory Panels at Temasek Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic.

Professor Hsieh Tsun-yan is the Chairman and Lead Counsellor of LinHart Group, a Leadership services firm specialising in advising boards and counselling CEOs globally on succession and top leadership effectiveness. He is an Independent Director of Manulife Financial and Singapore Airlines and served on the Boards of Bharti Airtel and Sony. He is also a Provost Chair Professor (Practice) at the NUS Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He also serves as a special advisor to companies such as Cue Ball (media and technologies) and AppDirect (cloud services).

In a career spanning 30 years with McKinsey, he took on leadership positions including Chairman of Professional Development Committee, Managing Director, Canada and ASEAN practices, Chairman of Asia Client Committee, Global leader of the Organisation and Leadership practice, and the Directors Committee.

His community service includes board roles current and past with the Duke-NUS Medical School, the Singapore International Foundation, the National University of Singapore Business School, the Institute of Policy Studies, the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Covenant House Canada and the University Health Network Foundation in Toronto.

Professor Hsieh is a Harvard MBA who won double gold medals reading Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta as a President and Colombo Plan Scholar.

Dr Lee Kwok Cheong is Chief Executive Officer of SIM Global Education. Previously, he was Founding Group Chief Executive Officer of NCS Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the SingTel Group.

Dr Lee received The Public Service Medal in 2010.

He was conferred the IT Person of the year Award in 2000, Honorary Fellow in 2008 and Hall of Fame Award in 2011 by the Singapore Computer Society, the H.E.A.L.T.H. Leader Excellence Award from the Health Promotion Board in 2004, and the Special Recognition Award given by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts in 2006.

Dr Lee now serves on the National Integration Council’s Working Group for Schools, as well as spearheaded the establishment of the Singapore Association for Private Education and is the Founding President. He also sits on the boards of ITE Holding Pte Ltd, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and Nera Telecommunications Ltd.

Dr Lee currently sits on the Steering Committee of the Infocomm Media Masterplan (IMM) under MCI and chairs one of its Working Committees - Manpower & Talent Development.

He has served on the Board of Governors of Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE). Dr Lee was a Member of the Committee to Review Upgrading Opportunities at Degree Level and chaired the Policy Study Workgroup on Education and Human Capital Excellence.

Dr Lee graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of California at Berkeley. In 2014, he was awarded a Doctor of Business honoris causa by the RMIT University.

Professor Cham Tao Soon was trained as a Civil Engineer at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. Thereafter he left or University of Cambridge for a PhD in Aerodynamics from 1965 to 1968. On return from Cambridge, he taught Engineering at the University of Singapore and became the Dean of Engineering in 1978. He was asked by the then Minister of Education Dr Tony Tan to start Nanyang Technological Institute (NTI) in 1981 and then Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 1991. He retired from NTU in 2002. The next educational initiative was to start the SIM University in 2005 and retired as its Chancellor and Chairman in 2014.

Professor Cham has made his contributions to Statutory Bodies like Land Transport Authority (LTA), Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Science Council and National Science and Technology Board (NSTB); and Non-Profit Organisations like Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO), Singapore Quality Award (SQA) and Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. He was a member of Council of Presidential Advisors from 2004 to 2010. Over the years he was Independent Director of SMRT LTD, WBL Corporation Ltd, United Overseas Bank (UOB) and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

Currently he is the Chairman of NSL Ltd, Soup Restaurant Group Ltd and Singapore Railway Academy (SGRA).

Mr Victor Liew is currently Chairman of CapitaRetail China Trust Management Ltd. He also serves as a Director on various boards of other non-listed companies.

Armed with 30 years of experience in the financial sector including various banks, Mr Liew previously played an active role in the leadership of the financial markets. He served as a Member of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee from its inception and was its Chairman. He also played an active role in the development of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange Ltd from its inception, was its Director and retired as its Chairman. He was a Board Member of the merged organisation, Singapore Exchange until his retirement from the board. He also served as Chairman of the Singapore Commodity Exchange Ltd.

In 2000, Mr Liew was awarded the BBM by the President of Singapore for his contributions to the financial services sector.

Mr Liew graduated from the University of Singapore in 1973 with a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours.

Mr Ong Boon Hwee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Stewardship Asia Centre.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr Ong has a diverse career where he served in the civil service, in corporations and also in entrepreneurship start-ups.

In his earlier military career, Brigadier General Ong held various key command and staff positions in the Singapore Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence. He left the civil service to move into a corporate career in management and business. Mr Ong had previously served as the Managing Director for Strategic Relations in Temasek Holdings and also held a concurrent position as the Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Management Services. He then moved on to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Power, and was responsible for all the business units in Singapore. Mr Ong serves as a director on the boards of a number of companies and non-profit organisations.

Mr Ronald Tan is the Executive Director of the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). Mr Tan brought with him more than 25 years of varied experience from both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining SIM, Mr Tan was Senior Vice President and Head of Group Human Resources at the United Overseas Bank Group. Before joining the Bank, Mr Tan held senior appointments in several government ministries under the Administrative Service. He served as a Combat Engineers Battalion Commander and was the Division Engineer of the Guards’ Division during his national service.

Mr Tan is also a Director of the NTUC First Campus Board of which he is a member of the Establishment Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee. He also serves as a member of the NKF Remuneration Committee and the HR Committee of Focus on the Family. Mr Tan was presented the Friend of Labour Award by the NTUC in 2016.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Professor Cheong Hee Kiat is Founding President of SIM University. He joined academia in Nanyang Technological University in 1986, and held various academic and administrative appointments including Dean of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Deputy President.

Professor Cheong has served on the boards of several tertiary education institutions, the Public Utilities Board and Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and public committees. He chairs the BCA Academy Advisory Panel and the Polytechnic Quality Assurance External Review Panel. He has been active in university accreditation and academic audits in Singapore and internationally, and is a Member of the Singapore Engineering Accreditation Board.

Professor Cheong graduated from the University of Adelaide and the Imperial College, London. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Engineers.

Mr Tan Choon Seng is Chairman of Truscott Group, a private investment company. He is an active Angel Investor and has co-founded Indiverein, Link2ventures and Aleko Investment Pte Ltd.

He holds directorships in Fundedbyme Sweden, Fundedbyme Asia Pacific Ltd and Noa Potions AB, Sweden. He is a director of Kuangchen Pte Ltd, Sparrow Capital Pte Ltd and Nihon Connexion Pte Ltd.

He was formerly the Group Chief Executive Officer of WBL Corporation. Mr Tan was previously Vice‐President (Customer Solutions Group) and Managing Director of Hewlett‐Packard South East Asia; a post he held from June 2002 when Hewlett‐Packard acquired Compaq.

He also served as the Vice‐President and Managing Director for the ASEAN region of Compaq Computer Asia between June 1999 and June 2002. He joined Compaq Computer in 1996 as the Chief Financial Officer for its Asia Pacific operations. Prior to joining Compaq, he spent 20 years in various multinational organisations in the audit and tax, oil services and IT industries, where he held a number of senior leadership positions in operations, sales, strategy and business development.

Mr Tan holds an Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore and is a non‐practising Fellow of Certified Public Accountants (Singapore).

Mr Patrick Fang is currently the Managing Director of PFang & Associates and he focuses on senior executive searches and assessment assignments for both privately and publicly listed firms including local conglomerates in Singapore and the Asian region. Mr Fang has specific expertise in the Technology, Industrial and Financial Services (Insurance) Sectors.

Prior to PFang & Associates, Mr Fang spent 16 years with Russell Reynolds Associates where he has held roles as the Managing Director and co-Office Manager for Singapore. He was also a leader in the Technology and Digital Transformation practice, and has worked closely with Telecommunications and Financial Services clients.

Mr Fang was previously with IMPAC, a US-based management consulting firm, where he held the position of Vice President, Operations, with responsibilities for multiple global regions. He also spent eight years with Motorola overseeing its multimedia and wireless data product activities.

He received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Plymouth University and Master of Arts (Distinction) in Business Analysis from the University of Lancaster.

Mr Jen Kwong Hwa is a Venture Partner at Get2Volume Accelerator.

Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Micron Semiconductors in Singapore and an engineer by training. He started his career in Texas Instruments in 1979 and joined Micron in 1998 with Micron's acquisition of Texas Instruments’ Memory Business.

Mr Jen has extensive experience in the Semiconductor industry and has been involved in shaping national strategic initiatives through his involvement in SEMI, SSIA and membership in various statutory boards like Energy Market Authority, Jurong Town Council and Economic Strategies Committee.

He is currently a board member of LIME Learning Systems Pte Ltd and Connected Health.
